General terms and conditions of sale

Booking and advance payments:

At the time of booking the hotel may ask for prepayment, payment of a deposit or at the very least a guarantee based on a bank card number.
Only reception of an electronic mail or letter of confirmation from us guarantees the booking.
Any individual customer may only book a maximum of two rooms for any stay. For more rooms, please contact us for group bookings (whether professional or private).

Cancellation/modification of a booking:

Bookings may be modified or cancelled at no charge until 7 days before the beginning of the stay. Any modification or cancellation will be acknowledged in an e-mail or letter which may if necessary be used as proof of modiciation or cancellation.
Beyond that time or if the customer does not show up the hotel is entitled to invoice all the services booked (room, all-in package, breakfasts, meals, massage/beauty care, wine-tasting sessions, etc…)


Prices are quoted in Euros, inclusive of VAT. The prices only indicate those services strictly identified in the booking. When the final bill is prepared any extra services used by the customer during the stay and the tourist tax (taxe de séjour, currently-December 2014-€1.50 per guest over 13 years of age per night) will be added.

Arrivals and departures:

Arrival time: 4.00 pm / Departure time: 12.00 pm
In case of late arrival the customer must inform the reception (e-mail or telephone)


Pets may be accepted on request with a supplement of 30€. A deposit may be required to compensate for possible damage or nuisance caused by the pet.


The hotel declines any responsibility in case of loss, theft or damage to personal belongings on the premises. The customer has sole responsibility for damage caused within or around the hotel during his or her stay.
Any equipment belonging to the hotel and made available to the customer must be returned in good condition at the end of the stay. If this is not the case the customer should return the equipment to the hotel at his or her expense and/or the hotel may charge for repair or replacement.

Health and safety conditions for access to the Spa :

Customers use our installations exclusively under their own responsibility, as no specific supervision is provided. Before any use of our installations customers confirm that they are in perfectly good health and know of no medical reason why they should not use this equipment.
